User Agreement

Introduction

Welcome to Xloop, an AI character chat app centered around the theme of camping, developed by Xloop ("we," "us," or "our"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the Xloop application and related services (collectively, the "App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Xloop. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Nature of the Service

Xloop is a themed conversational experience where users interact with AI characters designed around camping and outdoor lifestyles. The service is for entertainment, relaxation, and creative exploration. The responses provided by AI characters are generated and not real human communication.

4. Account Registration

App may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Post or share any content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

• Use automated means (e.g., bots or scripts) to access or interact with the App.

• Disrupt the experience of other users or attempt to harm the App or its infrastructure.

6. User Content

By submitting any text, image, or other content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt such content for the purpose of providing and improving the App. You retain ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share, and you represent that you have the rights necessary to do so.

7. Privacy

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your information in accordance with that policy.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or is otherwise harmful to the App or its users.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xloop, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.

12. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the development team operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in that jurisdiction.
